1. He Got Resurrected At His Prime

He died at an old age but was at a young age when got resurrected using reanimation Jutsu.

2.Transplanted his Rinnegan in Nagato and still had one MS

He transplanted his both the Rinnegan in Nagato and still had one MS.

3. Fooled Tobirama by a shadow clone who was the creator of shadow clone Jutsu.

It could be difficult to differentiate between a clone and real one without a visual prowess but still, it doesn't make sense, because Tobirama wanted to examine Madara's body to know more about their visual prowess.

4. He was able to cast Genjutsu on hidden mist shinobi and transplant his eyes in Nagato.

he died right after he detached himself from the Gedo statue.but he was able to cast Genjutsu on hidden mist shinobi and also transplant his Rinnegan in Nagato. both the things seemed impossible for him but somehow he managed to do that and survived as well.

5.with just a little flash of Hashirma he was able to heal himself and got access to all of his power and he also save Obito using Hashirama cells.

6.Used Kamui as Ten tail's Jinchuriki.

Obito wasn't able to use Kamui as ten tails Jinchuriki but Madara did it like it was nothing.

7.Used Susanoo without eyes
