Kakashi Hatake, also known as the Copy Ninja Kakashi and Kakashi Of The Sharingan was the coolest character in the Naruto Series.

Kakashi's Personal Life
Kakashi was the son of Sakumo Hatake
who was renowned across the Shinobi world as Konoha's White Fang.
He was a Jonin of the Hidden Leaf Village from Hatake clan.
Sakumo was a famous and powerful ninja of Konoha(village hidden in the leaf) who, during his lifetime, held fame that was said to overshadow even that of the Legendary Sannin.
Kakashi used to admire his father and dreamed to be as strong as his father.
However, during a mission, he(Sakumo) decided to save as many of his teammates as possible instead of completing the mission and losing them. This caused the people of the leaf people to ostracize Sakumo because in the Ninja world “those who break the rules are scum”.This seemed to be too big a burden to Sakumo and he committed suicide in his house. Kakashi was the same age as the students at the ninja academy when this happened This led to Kakashi putting the rules above everything else in his missions.
He did this until Obito Uchiha found out through Minato Namikaze that Sakumo was Kakashi’s father, Obito told Kakashi that he thought “The White Fang of the Leaf was a Hero” and then went on to say “In the Ninja world, those who break the rules are scum, but those who abandon their friends are worse than scum”. Kakashi took on this philosophy after Obito ‘died’ shortly after, saving him from a cave-in where Rin had been taken by Stone Shinobi as a captive.
Kakashi's Achievements
Kakashi graduated from the academy at the age of 5, while prodigies like Orochimaru, Itachi, Minato, and Neji graduated at the age of 6, 7, 10 and 12 respectively.
Kakashi became Chunin at the age of 6 and Jonin at the age of 10(at that time he didn't have Sharingan).
He created his Jutsu known as "Chidori" at the age of 13.
He joined Anbu at the age of 13 after the demise of Obito and Rin.
Kakashi fearlessly fought against Orochimaru and was able to give him some serious damages.
It was said that he has copied over 1000 Jutsus.
He had also shown the ability to utilize four of the basic Chakra natures with an affinity for the Lightning Chakra Nature. The Chakra nature that he's been shown to use are Lightning, Earth, Fire and Water.

He almost defeated the Deva path in pain arc.
He also copied Rasengan (an "A" rank Jutsu) and can perform better than Naruto.
He was able to activate Mangekyou Sharingan without being an Uchiha.
After getting DMS from Obito in war arc,
he activated the Perfect Susaano which was one the strongest Susanos in the whole series.
He could be the strongest character in the series but creator just restrict his growth by giving him low Chakra reserve, I bet with DMS and high Chakra reserve he could defeat most of the characters in the series
you are so right bro , spot on article ! kudos to "e could be the strongest character in the series but creator just restrict his growth by giving him low Chakra reserve"...like this is what i ve been feeling for the entire series ...he was practically a born genius....why was it naruto ? just because he was the main protagonist...what was naruto , he was just an arrogant un intelligent brat whom ill fate had fell upon....but kakashi , he was in front of every shinobi of his age....yet the creator humiliated him a on various occasions against enemies like , Guren , pain (he would have no way just died , he's KAKASHI) ....the creater made obito so powerful but kakashi who was always AHEAD of him was like no way near him ultimately.....and also kakashi had to lose his sharingan to madara firstly to serve the plot , but secondly because if he continued to possess the sharingan , there would be confusions in boruto about the strongest shinobi...like sasuke naruto and kakashi(with MS) together could have fked up momoshiki ....but its so goddamn illogical to have only naruto ans sasuke as god lvel shinobis in naruto and no one near them....so to conclude i would like to say that kakashi ha always , always been deprived of the power and respect he was supposed to get....alals , guess that's how the world works !
